The owneeship has changed. So as we entered the guy at the gate gave us problems. When we phoned to enquire about the times and prices . No one was answering which meant that the new owners did not create new telephone lines. The price that we saw online and the price the guy gave us at the gate was different. We've just purchased a Annual membership card for our family. The pictures on the website look beautiful. We went to have a look at the camping grounds, and was so disappointed to see how run down, and overgrown the sites are. It has been badly neglected. This is a great camping spot. Once you enter the reserve you follow the winding tar road down to the dam. There is an area for day visitors next to the canoe club which is separate from the camping area. Each site has plenty of shade and a large braai and grid. Most sites have 3-point electrical plugs.
