Beautiful views, nice easy or moderate depending on your fitness levels.Good security, they take down your name and no at entrance.one or the security named Thabang lead us on our hike.He chatted to us about how he loves hiking. Best to go early 630am to 7am. Lots of trails,But not marked by Kms , although well marked by colours. The trails are well kept .We saw Zebra , Wildebeest, and Antelope. Very safe. Come early as parking lot gets quite full. Camera above the Street pole next to car park. Friendly security. Free entrance.

Awesome hike with great views, but there is trash all over the place on every trail. Some trails are overgrown making it difficult to follow, and there was a strong smell of sewerage at certain points in every trail. The public restroom by the river was also out of order which didn't stop people from using it, and it had not been cleaned. I will probably hike somewhere else from now on

Always a vibe when hiking at Klippies. Great to see the guys cleaning the reserve also. Quiet and peaceful. Tranquil and good for family or solo hikes. Easy to get around (with all those unmissable colour markers) and fun for everyone

I went to Kliprivierberg on Saturday morning very excited to do my first hike since the lockdown was imposed. We were so excited to get there as early as possible. After parking the car we ventured to the closed gate hoping we were the first people to arrive. Our excitement soon turned into disappointment when the security told us that the place has been closed since the lockdown began & they were not sure when it will be open. I had tried to call the contact number on the website during the week to no avail, moreover the closing & opening times were active all the time & that's why I was convinced that they were open. I subsequently sent them an email to which they replied that they will deactivate the website & place a notice stating that they will only be...

This space has become my natural training habitat...my daily one hour trailing is so phenomenal...its safe and secure...I have developed a healthy relationship with the securities...They even time me as I come in the morning and leaving after my hourly routine trailing...I give them 100% of dedication and caring to all revelars...my Daily Ultra Endurance Berg Trailing Sessions are a success. ..I've made friends and companions in this...
