This is a beautiful area to learn about history, its calm and safe. If its too hot there is a Ice cream man who sells and at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this and after you can take your family to a picnic at the zoo which is just neighbors with the site. Certainly still worth a visit, situated between the Zoo and Ditsong Military Museum - it is safe and has good parking. Lovely for a visit and some quiet time or to picnic and take...
