We visited this place yesterday (14/12/2023). It is about 22min from Harties Aerial Cableway and 16min from Little Paris.
We were delayed for our appointment and called to let them know that we were running late. The lady that assisted us (I unfortunately didn't get her name) was very friendly and understanding.
We got lost, as she explained earlier over the phone that they have recently moved premises. She patiently directed us to their new location which is basically next to their previous one. They are now in La Joya Conference Lodge.
She warmly received us and apologised that we got lost. She pointed out that they'll be moving their board to the right location. She then explained the procedures to us and showed us the bathrooms in case any of us needed to use one before we go on the ziplines. Thereafter, she introduced us to our guides Lamson and Martin.
Lamson and Martin helped us fill the indemnity forms and to put on the safety gears. Lamson then explained how the gear works and the importance of having it on.
The two gentlemen are very professional and friendly. Martin had one of our phones with him so that we can take photos as we move from one zipline to the next. He would also offer to assist with taking group photos.
As a first timer in ziplining, their professionalism made it an enjoyable and memorable experience. Oh yeah, and we had a break halfway (after the 4th zipline) where we were offered water and a chocolate bar.

We were in the area and decided to spontaneously do the Zip Lining, we called spiked to reception on the phone was so helpful. We were running slightly late, due to how busy the entire area was and all the roadworks. We got there, with the family. A few did not participate and I also had a toddler that obviously could not take part because of his age, so I had to settle him down… This woman at reception was so rude while I was trying to calm my screaming child… she kept rushing me and giving really ugly comments… I get that there is a time line, but there is no need to be rude to PAYING guests!! There were 2 people who were supposed to go after us, we even said to them they can go ahead of us… but this rude lady made us feel extremely uncomfortable and gave me anxiety before starting …. The guides Langson and Tebogo were absolutely amazing and brilliant and changed the experience for us! We landed up having a great time! But honestly would not come back to this place, because of her rudeness!!! Perhaps the previous review of racism is true! Its a no from me! I’m sure there are other places where we can enjoy activities with more welcoming staff...

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Ama Zwing Zwing Zipline Tour, and it was absolutely unforgettable!
From the start, Shirley made the booking process seamless with her friendly and helpful demeanor. On the day of the tour, our guides, Mike and James, were fantastic—friendly, spontaneous, and professional. They provided clear instructions, thoroughly explaining the do’s and don’ts, ensuring everyone felt safe and confident before taking flight.
The zipline course itself is a thrilling adventure spanning 1.3 km over 7 slides or 8 I think, cant remember :), with the longest being an exhilarating 240 meters! The platforms, ranging from 2 to 20 meters high, offer stunning views of the Magaliesburg Mountain range. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a Nyala amidst the treetops.
This incredible adventure is set on a beautiful game farm near Hartbeespoort Dam, making it the perfect combination of adrenaline and nature. The professionalism and enthusiasm of the team truly enhanced the experience.
