First time river rafting. Not very well organised. In the info it says that they have helmets available to attach your gopro. I phoned to confirm the day before we went because they don't have any photography services avaliable. I went especially to buy a gopro after confirming. Got there this morning to be told they forgot to bring the helmets that has the gopro attachments. Further more the trees on the river banks are dirty and FULL of dirt like plastic. One person fell of their raft and when one of the guides tried to help him because he started to panic and could not get out of the current one other guide instructed them to leave him. Luckily they did not listen. No clear instructions given before you start. Just a crash course for your safety. We were stopped various times and then they had to scream to tell us to keep left when we go down... Also the helmets are very dirty and damaged and does not fit well. Room for improvement. Especially considering the price. Rafts are in a good condition. Bathrooms very dirty and no...

So much fun! Jess was amazingly kind and very ontop of her game with info packs and getting me sorted to book, as well as providing a link to a bunch of photos a few days after. You are required to book a day in advance.

The company base was easy to get to even in a little car and we transferred to the river via a bakkie after being kitted out with a safety vest and helmet. There is a short walk to the entry point with your raft to begin.

The guide was absolutely hilarious and so charismatic - ensuring everyone knew what to do from start to finish, plus what to do in case of an emergency. They were a lot of fun to raft with on the water. Two thirds of the way through you stop for an ice lolly on a bank to chat and relax. The route was scenic but sadly there is some rubbish on-route due to pollution up stream, but not something that is in their control.

Afterwards there is a hose to wash off dirty shoes. Eat a meal and public showers to get clean.

It’s well worth the trip and the team make it that much more...

Such an amazing adventure! This place has great guides who are helpful and fun. Clear communication from Jess for all the arrangements. Overall, good experience!

Very standard facilities at the Venue, showers need to be an upgraded and cleaned out properly. Shower heads definitely need to be changed.

Would have loved to shower with some hot water after river rafting experience instead had cold dribbling water in the shower. Nevertheless, the river rafting experience was good.

About 10 meters from the end of our river rafting adventure, the guide decided we race, he was very aggressive to win and gushed buckets of water onto me, as our raft was next to his. I was blinded by the water, my mouth was opened and I swallowed quite a bit of water, next day had a severe throat infection. So, I suggest always keep your mouth closed and do not race at the end to avoid being ill after a great...

We did the river rafting when water levels were down but the experience was beautiful, Atmosphere of the place was quiet and calming and the water was Adrenalin pumping. Our safety was prioritised with water guides along with us and help to offer support whenever needed and provided exceptional guidance along the way. The price for the river rafting was worth more than the value provided. However challenge is finding the place as a 1st timer and once having arrived, you are taken by the truck to the river which is about 10min it’s Of travel, the sun was quite hot so the travelling experience to the river wasn’t much fun.
