Additionally, I noticed that the non-smoking area had two roulette tables that were largely unattended by players, while the casino only had one blackjack table, which was consistently full. It would be more efficient for management to reallocate resources to meet player demand, ensuring a better gaming experience.
Hygiene was another major concern, particularly in the restrooms. The facilities were in poor condition, with a noticeable odor and unclean floors and toilets. A higher standard of cleanliness is expected in a casino environment, and improvements in maintenance would greatly enhance the overall experience for visitors.
Overall, Rio Casino has potential, but customer service, table game allocation, and cleanliness need significant improvement to provide a more enjoyable and professional...
