Gamalatjie Guest House — Hotel in Matlosana Local Municipality

After a very long drive from Lesotho I continued on to Klerksdorp to see some family members. My cuz advised me there was a nice guest house that was not too expensive. But when I arrived I was told the only rooms left was 590 rand and above all the 3 to 400 rands had been taken. The place looked big and I couldn’t see no car’s in the car park to suggest they were busy. In fact my car was the only car in the car park 🤷🏾‍♂️.||However the member of staff was very polite and I just took the room. A very nice room at that clean and well kept apart from the broken main lights.||In the morning I walked over to what looked like the restaurant to have breakfast because this is a B&B right!||I was meet by a lady at the door frowning at me and I ask do I get breakfast? 😡Arrived there late at night around nine pm and when we got there there was no space where we could park and the man we found at the reception was niether welcoming,friendly nor helpful.We took ourselves to the room which was at the back and he just pointed it out showing us how to go around to get to the room.There is no aircon or heater instead what we got got was a fan which would have accomodated us or been useful if our stay was in Summer.There was no remote to the tv and in the morning when we left we showered with cold water as there was no hot water!!!👐

I had the worst night ever because of immature guests, our room was beautiful and clean but imagine sharing a room with my 14year old daughter and the two bedrooms next to us the couples were just making noise, so I think in the future couples must be booked far away from mothers with kids just to have peace and not receive negative...
