We decided to go on a self-drive through the Kruger National Park. We started our trip around noon and we stopped by the information centre to purchase tickets which was quick and easy. You may book ahead and take a tour with a guide. The terrain is bumpy as it is on a sandy road so be prepared. Early on in the trip, we spotted some beautiful animals. You are welcome to take pictures and videos of the animals but do not open up your windows and stick and body parts out or try to touch the animals or worse get out of your vehicles!!! The trip is a few hours long as you may exit through many side gates at any time during your trip. People are not always courteous and mindful of others as they park their vehicles in the middle of the road, they take way longer than needed to view or take pictures while everyone we lose is waiting to catch a glimpse of the animals as well. You bay not honk your horn at the animals or throw your thrash out the windows. We took plenty of pictures and we will remember this experience well! We had a wonderful time and never realized how beautiful nature and these animals actually are up close. There are a few safe rest stops, kiosks, small stores and lodges you may stop at for a rest stop, freshen up,...

Also have to mention that it's the safest gate to enter between Malelane Gate and the gates on Hazyview's side, as you don't have to travel through any townships to get there.
Very humbling views , very nice place to take pictures of the Crocodile river and Kruger National Park .You can get out of your vehicle on the bridge , with views of the park land on one side and the world famous, and very exclusive Leopard Creek Golf Course And Estates. There's a lot of wild life to see from the bridge before you enter the gate into Park , large Tiger Fish, Crocodile & Hippos in the river, and other animals coming to drink water, like Elephants , Buffalo, Bucks and occasionally big cats etc. On the river bank
a bunch of other restaurants and activities nearby. Also nearby you will pass the malelane golf and sports club your way into the Kruger , wich has a Tennis Court , Squash Court , Golf Course & Club House , Full Gymnasium, Rugby Field & Bar at...
