Watching SA play in the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Awesome vibe on the first South African match against the Scots 18/9/23 where we crushed them 18-3 🔥. Second match against Romania 17/923 - what a white wash. Silverstar Casino on the first and second SA games - people enjoyed the centre of the eating places where chairs were laid out - even outside of the - what looked to be like an exclusive area, which didn't seem to be that great of a choice for those that had to stand in a long queue for whatever they purchased with their VIP tickets.

For The second SA game - the VIP section was open to all and in the hot sun. We stayed on the outskirts, in the shade for the first half, watching and enjoying the game. The second half, we ventured into the seated section finding some shade and a seat, many followed suit after realising there was no segregation or favouritism.

You might want to rethink whether separating South Africans with the silver barricade is optimal considering many aspects. It might do you better to find a way to cater for all who visit to watch the games, unless of course there's a need to separate for whatever reason and a good value proposition. Not sure?

Really disappointed in the service we’ve received. We travel to jhb every 6 weeks and out of obligation we’ve booked with the tsogo sun group. This isn’t the first time we’ve received bad service. We’ve stayed im your hotel recently from the 22nd Jan to 26th jan 2024.

We’ve had multiple service issue related to your main floor service. On every single day we’ve had an issue with waiters not servicing players after multiple requests.

After literally walking to the bar to order directly. We’ve spend thousands here and I feel like it’s an opportunity for you not to pay for a single drink.

Multiple complaints laid with on floor mangers who don’t care either… it’s really disappointing.

It’s disgusting when floor managers and staff don’t acknowledge you as a paying client so you can count on me not supporting you going forward.

Then to top it all off, after taking out my winnings and exchanging for Cash I’m treated as a criminal where a cashier says “we cannot cash you out without speaking to a pitboss”

You cannot be series ??? Why am I treated like a criminal for cashing out my winnings ….

I’m happy not to support you. Going forward I’m happy to spend my money somewhere else.
