NetCafé — Restaurant in Mogale City Local Municipality

Some of the worst service we had in a very long time, looking at the review score even before I wrote this review would tell you te general service you can expect, I just dont understand how a business would see your rating like this and not respond or try to rectify the problem. The service was horrendous. The waiter looked us straight in the eye since we sat down but did not bother to help us at all, after sitting a very long time she came to assist, we only ordered 2 cupachinos but from sit down to payment for two cupachinos and 4 customers ( it was very quite) took 1H15m. One of us had a doctors appointment so you can imagine, we decided to just have a cupachino because we had to see the doctor in an hour and thought well that should be enough time, but that was not the case, please oh please respect your own business so we can also repsect...

I had a wonderful experience at the NetCafé in Pinehaven Hospital. The staff and service were exceptional, and the café latte was outstanding—definitely a must-try! It's always a pleasure to see a warm, smiley face when you're in a hospital setting, which makes the experience that much better. We visited net café yesterday after a stressful morning with my son. The food was surprisingly great, and we're grateful for that. However, the service was quite disappointing. We felt ignored by our server, who seemed to prioritize other tables over ours. As the only black family in the restaurant at the time, it felt uncomfortable. Despite this, we chose to show appreciation for the food by leaving a generous tip. I hope the management takes steps to address the service issues and ensures all customers...
