Alexandra Park — Attraction in Msunduzi Local Municipality

I went to the kids section of this park, it was huge and there was quite a bit of playground equipment, it was very well fenced in which I really appreciated. There is picnic tables but I feel like they are quite apart from the playground so we ended up sitting on the floor, the grass was kept fairly short. There were a few cars parked waiting but generally it was just people bringing their kids, so I felt safe as a woman alone with her young kids. This is a lovely part with a cricket oval, BMX track (looked like the children were having a lot of fun), lots of trees and paths to walk along and a river along the edge with a lovely old bridge. This park has been a blessing to pmb people and other surroundings.
