KFC Burger Street — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

The photos speak for themselves. Yoh, haibandla! The service at this store was absolutely shocking I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy here. Let me explain.

I ordered two milkshakes: one for R39 and one for R27. When they gave them to me, they looked exactly the same. No labels, no difference in size nothing. I went to the manager and said, “Hey, there’s a problem with the milkshakes. This is not what I ordered.” The manager tried to explain, saying, “This is the small one whichis milkshake, this is the large one is a Shake,” but honestly, they were identical just with different flavors.

Still, I tried to be understanding. I didn’t want to make a scene. I even thought maybe the workers have to pay out of their own pockets if customers complain so I said, let me just take the milkshake and go. Maybe it will taste fine.

Big mistake. When I got to the car and took a sip it was water. No flavor, no ice cream, just water and ice. It tasted like nothing. Like straightup melted ice and disappointment.

Then I got home and opened my food the chicken was RAW. Not slightly undercooked I mean raw. And inside the chicken was soup. Wet, runny, disgusting liquid. I don’t even know what it was. It looked like someone poured hot water or piss into my food. The whole box was soaked and ruined.

And on top of that the chips were soggy. I don’t know what happened, but they were soft, wet, and unappetizing. These are the same kind of chips I could buy at any roadside stall or corner shop except now I’ve paid more, for worse.

This is not just bad service it’s a total lack of care. It’s disgusting. It's a health risk.

Went in to order, attempted to use a voucher at the self help, cancelled my order and retried, voucher became unusable even though no order was made, staff did exactly what i did and then said they couldn't help me, asked to use the cashier, was told not going to help. had to walk out hungry, no service or good customer service from staff either. not the first time experiencing NO CARE customer service here, truly worst...
