The experience in the water park was fun but had a few problems like the one life gaurd not his fault we know but we keep on telling him we cant sit and go down the slides because we go to fast if we do and the water can't stop us therefore we must lay down on our back so that our whole body cant stop the impact of going over the slides they told us if we don't sit they wil ban us leading to us sitting at the end and going over the slide so we had a discussion with the head life saver witch she had a talk about it to the other life gaurds so that we can lay the rest of the day went smooth and was fun but when we got to our car someone punch literal holes in my door panel ive got photos to proof it and a whole group we called the management and they told us there is nothing they can do about it, because there is only 2 car gaurds that only sit at the gate and observe but my car was literally at the gate by the 2 car gaurds no one saw nothing and the cameras dont work so i do not recommend going to grizzlies water park regarding the lack of security because you car is unsave if you want to enjoy a day at the water park and aswel the disrespect you recieve from the life gaurd when you try to explain something to them because you saw what happend the first time going down witch must result in someone getting hurt before you can be assisted in a problem so im...

I'm normally very greedy with my Stars and for me to give them a full 5, its because they deserved it. I visited today, 1 January 2024, i bought tickets online and booked the RED "shade thing" to avoid long queues at the entrance gate. Lo and behold, i was standing in the same long queue as people who hadn't bought tickets online. The only advantage i had for purchasing tickets online was that i had secured the RED shade thing that came with a braai stand and a nice little sit/table so we didn't have to sit in the sun or the small gazebos. Our little house was nicely secured and we were ushered to it once we had redeemed the ticket. The queuing system can be revised to allow people who bought tickets already a quick pass, thats why we buy in advance, to avoid long queues.

Then the pools, OMG! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The place was obviously full but we were not on top of each other. We could still swim and have fun. The kids area is awesome as well, my kids had sooo much fun. Security was great. The guards on pools were doing their job well, monitored and managed the crowd.

The service was excellent even in the parking space, I'm DEFINITELY going back there again, no doubt about it! I paid R1600 as we were a group and i truly got value for money.

Thank you to the owners and the whole team, team work is indeed dream...

A lovely little water park. Much smaller than it shows on the website, but enough for kids and families to have a fun day out. Take note, the pictures are deceiving. There are just basically 2 pool areas side by side. There is NO crowd control so by midday the place is packed and we literally had a group of people picnic in the middle of the spot we were occupying. It is kind of weird when a strangers bum keeps bouncing in your face as they traipse pass you all the time. The South African staple meal of maize has been replaced by alcohol so by the end of the day such close proximity to other groups with drunk people becomes uncomfortable. The advantage of the small size of the place, is that the kids are always in close proximity and it's easy to keep an eye on them. The toilets could do with more regular cleaning especially when there is such a large crowd. It's worth a visit to put your feet up and have a relaxing day out but if I'm honest there's nothing there that would make me return.

I took my family to Grizzles water park in PTA North. The size of the swimming pool area is about 2 netball courts side by side. It features 2 speed slides, 1 tube , a small lazy river , a kiddies water slide area and a general deeper swimming area. Over regulated and staff attitudes I found are generally indifferent on the boarder of being rude. Especially if you break a rule you didn’t take the time read about . The general state of the park surroundings needs attention. Disassembled slides , I even spotted a broken down tractor and cement mixer in the field next to the bathrooms. The park was OK, my kids had fun . We arrived at 10:30 left at around 2:30 just cause we had had enough . Not worth traveling out of our way for the money we paid . I’m not sure if we’ll ever be back.
