KFC Moot Street — Restaurant in Gauteng

Absolutely good at everything.My first experience with Moot Street KFC was great.at least way better than the disgusting Vw Hoff branch.But for the 3 times in a Row now....Last night after 6pm was the last straw. Absolutely excellent. The drive thru lady's service was the best.With ambition.Sounded so Active and you could tell she gave positive energy.So I did not even feel the need to go inside and use the self service kiosk.About less than an hour I received my food.Got Home.KFC mega strips box 10 out of 10.Strips were not overcooked and not burnt.Tasted so good and delicious.The chips .were fresh you could tell they were made the same time I placed an order.Hot and fresh .and had even the spice or salt on them.And also there was chilli salt in the bag. Streetwise burgers patty was not undercooked and it was super delicious. So I basically did not even threw my R200 in the bin.i did not even feel the need to spent more money elsewhere. Beautiful let's face it. There is not a single other KFC nearby that gives the best excellent in the food and services.So yeah .Moot kfC is the best I don't mind spending more money at it. You...

Last night after 6pm was the last straw. Absolutely terrible. The drive thru lady's service was the worst. No ambition, sounded like she would rather be in bed than to serve someone. So I decided to rather go inside and Used the self service kiosk. About Half an hour later, I received my food. Got home.. KFC Mega Strips box: 9 out of 10 strips were overcooked and burnt. Tasted so bad. The chips: Was probably made in the morning or the previous day, Cold and dry and had not even the slightest hint of salt or spice on them. And also no chili salt in the bag either. 1 out of 2 Steetwise burgers' patty was undercooked and almost raw. So I basically threw R200 in the bin and spent more money elsewhere. Because let's face it, there is not a single other KFC branch nearby that still care about how good or bad their food are.

So yeah, don't waste your money here, you...

I ordered a ice cream, I asked if I could have it first (you know, while I wait...) the lady ignored my request, and continued ringing up the next customers.... After 10 minutes, I still did not have my ice cream! A gentleman came to me and asked to see my slip. When I asked him for the ice cream, he said that the machine is not working. I asked how the cashier did not know that there was a problem, and his response was that they all knew. I asked the lady why she rang up ice cream if she knew that there was not, and her response was that she did not know. So who is lying to the customers?

Oh, and it got even better! Note on the two photos I am posting... One giving the description of what should be in a classic twister... and then the one small piece of chopped up chicken that came with mine... so where is the rest of my twister? For R60!!?? I will never support your Kfc again! Yall should feel ashamed! It's Worst than daylight...
