Amazing experience. The trails are clearly marked. Each group receives a 2 way radio, so if anything goes wrong, you can contact the staff, so you do feel safe. Great cabins, very clean and all the needed cutlery and items are there, perfect to lighen your load, so that you don't have to hike with extra items. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Best service I have received at any hiking trail yet. Would highly recommend, the trail itself is the perfect combination of grassy mountainsides and woodland trail, with waterfalls where you can go and have a swim.

Lovely area nestled between plantations. Beautiful indigenous forest, strong flowing river with great waterfall(s), as well as rock pools to cool off in. Accommodation is available at the main camp, with different options to choose from. *These photos are from the Delfonte cabins, which are one of the overnight facilities for the hike. Cabin 1 sits almost on top of a dam, with a nice view from the stoep onto the dam. Cabin 2 sits in a little dip (only a few meters from the dam) overlooking bush & mountains).

Queens River Adventure Camp is a very well kept camp with great hiking routes. The routes are well marked and breathtaking. You hike through various biomes with varied types of vegetation and can take a splash at a waterfall in the cool mountain stream close to the fountain of its origin. The management team on site was very friendly and helpfull, and went out of their way to accommodate us. We will be back again.

We went and met a Caucasian couple who told us "people like us do not belong in places like that" when we asked what they meant the husband started addressing my younger brother (13) like an adult (very hostile and aggressive).

I, of course, told them that he was not to talk to him like that (he is a child). When the management intervened, he told us not to come back because he was protecting what was his and also claimed to have seen the whole ordeal and that is why he was asking us never to come back but said he did not see when the husband was hostile towards my younger brother.

It is not even about coming back. It is the fact that you are defending a fully grown man addressing a thirteen year old like they are age mates.the boy was not even aware that that paper fell. He was also surprised, and that man aggressively accused him of lying.that is my problem, and you are claiming to have not seen him do that, and that speaks volumes. What did we have to gain from lying?

Do you mean the context you also fabricated to defend your mates? My brother in Christ, there are a lot of fair ways you could have handled the situation, but nonetheless.GO TO HELL!!! Not only to burn but to...
