Visited as part of a day tour and arrived by minibus. We were not able to book tickets online as the portal crashed. The ticket operator would only accept 1 payment for the whole bus, instead of individual bookings.
There are 3 pricing categories: Full price, discounted SADC price and South African entry ticket price. You have to show your ID/Passport to be eligible for the discounted price.
It can get busy to get pictures with the sign if there are tour buses but we had no problems.
