The museum (it's a corporate visitor center, but ok, let's call it a museum) was interesting from the subject matter point of view and architecturally. There was an audio guide on your phone. There is a nice view from the upper terrace if it's open (the door was locked when we were there). It was free. We came at an open time as indicated, walked in, started the exhibition on the first floor, and got promptly kicked out by a guard. When asked why, he said through Google Translate that we needed a reservation, that we couldn't get one for today, and that we needed to make it somewhere on the Internet. We looked everywhere, and couldn't find any reference to reservations (their website is a testament to the fact that they are a steel, not an internet company). After some more tense negotiation, he agreed to let us visit, which we greatly appreciated. The entire museum was unlocked, the multimedia expositions were up and running, we were the only two people there. If not for the interaction with the guard, who wasn't at all friendly, I would recommend visiting. But given all of the other attractions and that it's out of the way, I'd say it's not worth the risk of being turned away. If you somehow manage to make a reservation, more power to you. But is it really worth the trouble? - yes, if you've seen everything else in Busan.
Nearby, there is a place called F1963 and a Hyundai Motorstudio - both next to a lovely bamboo garden. They are not at all connected to the museum. There is Kiswire corp office in between, and you can't get through (unless you work there I suppose). You have to enter from the big street...
