지리적 특성상 접근성이 다소 낮음. 하지만 상당수의 국내 대학교들이 산에 위치한다는 걸 고려하면 한국해양대학교가 평지라는 점은 장점임. 밤에 해양대학교에서 보는 야경은 부산 내 대학교 중 베스트!
