The ride up the top takes about 15 minutes - after that, there's a short walk (10-15 minutes, depending on how often you stop for photos) to an observation deck with breathtaking views over Chuncheon. There's a Café Ediya at the top and several benches and seating opportunities with round group tables, so you could also take a little snack along and eat it at the top.
