금호강과 낙동강이 만나서 함께 공존하며 흐르는 곳으로... 달성과 대구의 명물로서...사계절 언제라도 어린이부터 어르신들까지 즐겨찾는 곳으로 유명합니다. 넓은 주차공간이 여러곳에 있으며, 가까이에 The Arc를 구경하고, 시원한 강변을 따라걸어 10분이면 강정보에 도달하면, 낙동강을 가로질러 강건너 고령 다사로 연결되는 보의다리는 자동차가 없는 길입니다. 주야간 자전거로 젊은이들이 쌍쌍이 때론 그룹으로 함께 즐기는곳이죠. 중앙에 배의 큰 돗이 서있는곳엔, 넓은 반원형으로 배위난간에서 감상하는 석양과 아래로는 보의 물이흘러 내리는것을 자세히 조망하며 즐길수있어, 한층더 멋지고 아름다운 추억을 쌓을수 있는곳입니다. 기념 사진을 찍기좋고 멋진 해넘이와 황혼녁의 아름다운 강변의 The Arc 와 남으론 저 멀리 화원동산이며 동으론 두류공원의 타워도 보이는곳으로, 또 이곳은 화원 사문진과 강정보를 오가는 관광선을 조망도 일품입니다. 배도 탈수있고요...기회될시 꼭 구경하셔요..^^
