My family and I had a great time here! It's probably because we came to the water park perhaps an hour and a half before the closing time. So, we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. And, it was nice without a swarm of people in the water with our little one. They have many places to grab a quick bite to eat and a shop to buy a swimsuit or things of that nature if you forget something. Mind you, at all water parks in Korea, it's mandatory to wear a swim cap or a baseball cap. I guess it's manners.
The women's locker room didn't provide shampoo in the shower stalls, and I didn't know that it was sold in a vending machine on the 1st floor. So, that was inconvenient! And the sauna room looks more like a public bath. Mind you, there's no need to bring your own towels because they offer them to you, which is nice! Moreover, there are a few blowdryers available on each floor, but bringing your own might be a good idea because it took me FOREVER to dry my daughter's hair. Overall, it was a good place to play...
Read moreThis place is a SCAM!... first, while we were aware of the closing time for the main swimming pool to be at 5pm and sauna at 6pm... we still thought it would be a good fun filled couple of hours as we entered ard 3+pm.. but lo and behold, they closed many of the fun tube rides even before 4pm!! Then to make matters worse... the "Lazy" river which was pretty violent if u ask anyone around, required a mandatory safety vest which unknown to us, was an Additional 10,000 won charge per safety vest.... that was collected only at the end or else, they will not release your shoes from the locker!... primitive methods of fees collection and not upfront and honest. A total waste of...
Read moreWe took a day out of the snow to visit Ocean 700. As resort guests we got a 30% discount which made it more affordable. It's not cheap like everything else in Korea. After the discount we paid about $100 for one adult and one child. Plus a further $20 to hire the compulsory life jackets. It's quite basic and relatively small. There are 3 water slides, a lazy river and a small wave pool. The hut tubs were nice but could benefit from an adult's only one. The little kids pool was good. The whole place was looking a bit tired. We spent about 4 hrs total there. In the summer the outdoor pools would be open. It's worth a visit but not...
