I think cheongpung cable car is very good and satisfying. The price is understandable. At the observatory, we can see pretty view like in the photos I uploaded. There is no specific time when you must take the cable car. You buy, you wait in line for some minutes and just ride to the top. You buy ticket at the second floor, you ride the cable car at the third floor. There is crystal cabin and common cable. The price is different.
