The beach is nice and the water is not too deep. The only problem are the lifeguards, who won't let you pass over a certain distance. Apparently because they don't want the children on the beach to want to go there as well, even tho the water gets really shallow in the middle of the sea again. Also, it should be the parents responsibility to take care of their children and not some strangers, who want to enjoy some good swim. When many people gather here, it can be really annoying because the allowed spot for swimming is getting really crowded and it feels like some public bath. Read moreWe visited at the end of October and the water was still mild and swimmable. White sand beach with lots of natural pools to wade and swim in. Dog friendly beach as well. Walk out on the natural jetty to take in the salt air and views. Wonderful views of the coast and wind farms near by. Water was crystal clear. Great beachside walk as well, stop in at the 7-11 at the parking lot and make a picnic on the beach. Only down side was that there was an incredible amount of industrial plastic waste and fishing gear in the water and on the beach. Read moreThe beach itself has no problem. It’s beautiful truly. The sand is so white and fine. The view is stunning and relaxing. You get to see the windmills and beach at the same time. However, I wish that there is a clean up crew or ways to clean up the shore. Me and my kids were talking about how we would love to pick up the trash with the claw thingy. Lol.
