The owner is definitely passionate about coffee, different types, ways of making it, and the rules. Cappuccino is never made cold. Why? Because the milk is foamed. Latte can be served cold. He has knowledge and expertise that many owners lack. The coffee beans and the coffee extraction are smooth and creamy. You can sense all the flavours and fragrance. I've tried out a flat white. The proportions were exactly right. My husband has tried one of the signature coffees, and it looked like heaven. Both tasted delicious. I have to admit it's the best coffee I've tried so far in South Korea. Please go and try it yourself.
