Naejangsan National Park — Attraction in Jeongeup-si

Day trip from Jeonju. Took an intercity bus from Jeonju to Jeongeup bus terminal, about an hour journey. Then boarded the local bus no.171 at the CU in front of Jeongeup bus terminal, roughly 30 minutes to the Naejangsan entrance.

Easily the peak of autumn foliage. Highly encourage to visit this week. Magnificent. It was a big crowd however everything was in order. I couldn't imagine visiting during the weekends. There is a shuttle bus from the naejangsan entrance to naejangsa, krw1000 per adult, I would suggest if health permitted, take a stroll into naejangsa and then take the bus upon leaving.

Scenic, and at times, stunning place. The mountains aren't that tall or challenging as far as hikes go, and the trails leading to the mountains aren't that noteworthy, but boy are they beautiful. The autumn foliage here is phenomenal, one of the best spots in Korea to see the changing leaves.

Of course, that means massive crowds, especially on weekends. If you can swing time off from work, do try and come here on a weekday so you won't be here with throngs of people. Or you could just come here outside of the 3 week foliage window, but you would be missing out on some of the best fall...

원래 내장사로 가려다가 4주차장에 주차해서 바로 등산 시작했어요! 원래는 홈페이지에 예약하고 가야하지만 당일 취소하는 사람이 많아서 문제 없이 당일 입장 가능했어요😆 내장사로 가면 사람도 너무 많고 주차도 힘들지만,, 서래봉 코스는 사람 혼자 등산 하는 내내 사람 1도 없어서 너무 쾌적했어요.

내장산 가시는 분들 꼭 ! 이 코스로 가보세요❤️ 사람도 없고 정상 뷰도 너무 예쁘고 내장사 입장료 4000원도 안내고 주차 문제도 없는 최고의 코스!

내장산 첫단풍(10/30) 절정(11/5)이라는 단풍예상 시기를 보고 11/5일로 잡고 갔어요. 그 전주 주말에 다녀온분은 초록이 많다고 했는데 5일엔 단풍이 떨어지고 있는걸로 보아 그 주 평일이 진짜진짜 예뻣을 듯 싶어요.( 단풍시기 맞추기 진짜진짜 어렵 ) 많은 분들이 내장산은 '주말에는 가지마라' '사람많다' 그러지만? 주말에라도 다녀오면 좋을정도로 멋진 단풍명소입니다-🍁

저는 이렇게 갔어요🐾 ✦도착해서 내장호 4무료주차장에 바로 주차 (8시30분인데도 널널) ✦주차장 옆에서 국밥 한그릇 거하게 먹고 , ✦매표소 까지는 1km 거리인데 여기는 무료서틀버스 타고 이동해요. (셔틀버스 정보는 맨아래 tip에 적어두었어요) ✦버스 내려서 입장료 내는 곳까지 걸어가는데, 이 구간에 ✨단풍삔 팔아요 ✦입장료는 4000원. 현금은 줄이 빨리빨리 빠지니까 현금 준비하세요 케이블카 앞(2.3km ) 요금: 성인 1,000원 / 어린이 500원 연중(비수기) 10:00 - 17:00 단풍시즌(성수기) 7:00 - 18:00 ▫️ 굳이 가까운 1,2주차장에 하지마세요- ▫️식사하면 종일주차무료주차가 있어서 고민했는데...
