Hanyang University — Attraction in Seoul

DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF EDUCATION OR DEGREE THAT'S RECOGNISABLE OUTSIDE OF KOREA.The only good thing about this place is the beautiful large campus ...paid for by unwitting and trusting students ( our son and many friends on same international MSc course in Global Health) to have a terribly inadequate level of education and attempt to extend it for years for more tuition fees and 'free unpaid' paying students to help their professors with their research programmes in order to help gain worldwide respect. It's a sham. Our child and many friends wasted over a year before they realised that they had got nowhere after being bullied, coerced and not listened to over attempts at their feedback to try to see an improvement, and have left having missed out on loss of income for that period as well. We are just two of many parents, both medically trained in London ( doctor MBBS and dentist BDS) and both with post doctoral Fellowships: Fellow of Royal College of Anaesthesists, London and Fellow in Dental Surgery of Royal College of Surgeons, London. We are about to start an investigation higher up and involve the university education inspection team in Korea. We understand medical education , I have even been a lecturer at London university teaching dental students, so fully understand good levels of medical teaching to students. We are in disbelief how substandard and inadequate this course is and the lack of any transparency or help at all when the university is met with the students it is supposed to be helping educate. Concerns are met with lack of response and being ignored . Now parents are getting involved from around the world, US, UK, Singapore and we are determined to help other potential students avoid this huge education mistake

I taught from 2008-15 in the Food and Nutrition Department. It was ranked #1 in the country. It's a stunningly beautiful campus, especially in spring (flowers--see photos) and fall (trees with many different colored leaves), located on the east side of Seoul near Wangsimni (there is another campus far south of the city). My wife and I had good experiences at the hospital, including a back operation which went well. It has amazingly sculpted trees, both large and small, and many incredible walls of large rocks with flowers...

go to summer school here at 2017.. i know its late to write this review but it was life changing experience !! it was really fun to study here !! 💙💙 the study room is up hill so feel like hiking everyday... its like exercise every morninggg but its ok i love hanyang hope can join other program in the future for everyone who read this review dont hesitate to join the...
