Старое по корейским меркам сооружение, расположенное не совсем удобно в транспортном смысле, но на машине, конечно, нет никаких преград для любителей музыки, потому что парковка для посетителей очень дешёвая, почти бесплатная, всего 1000 вон. Небольшой зал, но зато был полностью заполнен на концерте – это тоже плюс.

I don't know, maybe there is an orchestra in the basement or...

A decent looking theater. There are bathrooms and a coffee shop on the first floor open during the day. A little park outside has benches, a nice sculpture, and a free bike...
