This is certainly the most visually striking and impressive waterfall along this particular trail (and likely in the entire national park). The trail doesn't take you to the waterfall itself, but rather, to an observation deck that provides a nice view of the falls from a distance.
The hike to this observation deck isn't particularly long, but the section of the hike that leads from the previous waterfall to this observation deck is essentially straight up hill over a seemingly endless number of steps. Read moreGiving it 5 stars for other seasons. For August after Ulsanbawi, it would be 2 stars. No water in the waterfall, it is more like a stream. The views of Sokcho and Yang-Yang are nice, but they are much better from Ulsanbawi. If you didn't go to Ulsanbawi, then this might be worth it. Or in Autumn or Spring, it will have water. And frozen in winter would be amazing. But otherwise, if you did Ulsanbawi and it is summer - don't bother.
