beautiful park with awesome sunset views. there are two entry points to the hermitage, a longer sloped trail and a steep set of stairs. if you're going at sunset, i recommend taking the slope and following the sign that leads to "scenic point" (see pic) — short 400m hike, a lil rocky, wear good shoes. but the views are worth it.
important caveat!!! if you're going at sunset, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a taxi back in the evening (not sure how reliable the buses are). please please arrange your own transport, there's a parking lot there so you can arrange to drive there and back.
hyangirang hermitage is also famous for its sunrise views and it might be easier to get a cab in the morning, but beware that the trail i mentioned is totally unlit and frankly quite dangerous. if you take the stairs route, there are sunrise points along the way which are less rocky and easier to traverse....

Entrance to the temple is free!
The short route to the temple are the stairs, otherwise...

On the way here we tried a lot of kinds of kimchi but the temple one...
