Carrefour — Attraction in A Coruña

After months now of constant relocation of products, and cannot find anything, esp for example the vegan bread that used to be in organic section, anymore...and other organic products sometimes strewn about, sometimes not, constantly in a new place, it finding even the soap anymore..... I have had enough. After months - put some signs up to tell people where you put the products !!!! And if it wasn't bad enough, in organic section today there were 3 employees plus a lot of boxes standing in the way, I couldn't find a thing, not see a thing, and instead of helping, there were very loudly talking with each other, just shouting, chatting, not working, for the longest time, - not one of 3 people asking if they could help me..... even when I had returned 3 times and walked in circles because I couldn't find anything, again.

Frozen section: Vegan products literally thrown to the back of the highest shelves, one cannot see them, let alone get them, and it is pure chaos!! Ice cream and French fries thawed, refrozen,.... or still half unfrozen.!!

Put up signs!! Also the fruit section is a disgrace. Also here couldn't find the usual organic produce and some fruit (!) and nuts are now with the fish in the most remote corner. That is disgusting!!! Fruit full of flies, mold, and the last times, I bought any fruit here, they went bad and moldy immediately, after 1 day, I had to throw all of them away.

Jonathan Joel from the bicycles' department in the main Carrefour in Coruña was not only professional but extremely helpful, patience and polite. He run the extra mile and didn't stop until he resolved our problem with some shopping online which happened to be delivered poorly assembled. I wish all companies had a Jonathan Joel delivering an impeccable customer service like he did with us and the reason I'm writing this review is because good customer service is rarely found in mostly Spanish shops nowadays. If Carrefour runs an Awards scheme he definitely needs to be recognised as I would be very surprised that this occasion...

El Carrefour de Alfonso Molina en La Coruña ha sido un destino ocasional para nuestras compras, aunque no es nuestro hipermercado de referencia. La tienda ofrece una notable variedad de productos, y siempre nos ha impresionado la organización que mantiene. Los pasillos son amplios, lo que facilita la movilidad y contribuye a una experiencia de compra más cómoda.

Uno de los puntos destacados de este Carrefour es su sección de electrodomésticos. En particular, hemos encontrado que la gama de televisores es digna de elogio, con modelos que presentan una excelente relación calidad/precio. Esto nos ha llevado a considerar este lugar cuando estamos en busca de productos electrónicos para el hogar.

Un aspecto que merece reconocimiento es la implementación del sistema de cola única para las cajas de pago. Este enfoque pionero en la ciudad de La Coruña ha mejorado significativamente la eficiencia en el proceso de pago. La experiencia de no tener que elegir entre las distintas cajas y simplemente unirse a la cola única ha resultado conveniente y ha ahorrado tiempo en varias ocasiones.

Aunque no consideramos este Carrefour como nuestro destino principal de compras, valoramos la consistencia en la organización y la variedad de productos disponibles. Además, la positiva experiencia en la sección de electrodomésticos y la eficacia del sistema de cola única son aspectos que destacan y contribuyen a nuestra percepción general del lugar. En resumen, es un establecimiento que cumple con nuestras expectativas en las ocasiones en que optamos por realizar nuestras...
