Aigua Blava

It might be very nice when there is not people. While do not forget that just to visit this place (which is beautiful, ok) you have to have a car - which will cost a LOT even if you will find a parking place at a designated parking. BUT after your parking counter starts you have to take a .... LINE to enter the beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That will take you about an hour of waiting inside the parking lot! There is a guardian on the beach who allows you to enter. This is the first time in my life - an absolutely awful experience - believe me there's a billion of even better beaches around and much less overpriced. Avoid this place by all costs especially during COVID times. Or, maybe, you could just swim here from another point on a coast...

The harbour-beach is one of the most touristy spots on Costa Brava region of Spain. Popular with tourists from Spain and France, every inch of the small and secluded beach is occupied during summer. However, I had visited the famous tourist attraction in winter (January) and found not a soul there! Demasiado comercial, llevo años visitando esta cala 3-4 veces todos los veranos, fuimos la 3 semana de Julio 2022 entre semana, sabemos que son calas muy concurridas pero nuestra sorpresa es la siguiente; Al llegar a las 8 de la mañana ya no puedes aparcar de manera gratuita en la parte superior, son 3€ la hora o 36€ por el día entero, un auténtico robo. Han partido la cala a la mitad y lo han privatizado con hamacas, esto en una playa grande se puede entender, pero en una cala de pequeñas dimensiones que ya estaba super llena quitar la mitad es de poco sentido común, si quieres pagar 25€ medio día o 50€ día completo, otra barbaridad. Nosotros siempre vamos a las 8 de la mañana, la gente que llega más tarde paga parking y se tiene que esperar para entrar porque hay mucha gente, pero si no pueden entrar porque primero les cobran? Tiene chiringuitos alrededor como en otras calas, con una relación calidad/precio similar Conserva los baños donde te puedes cambiar y esto aún es gratuito La playa esta muy bien, ya sabemos que la cala tiene el agua cristalina y es preciosa, pero yo no pienso ir más ya que me parece una vergüenza que no te puedas ni mover, si pretendes jugar a las palas es tarea imposible, que tengan la mitad de la cala privada porque tienes que pagar y encima esta vacío no me parece lógico, por lo que no recomiendo visitar "AiguaBlava" hay otras calas muy bonitas que no son tan comerciales y tienes...
