A decent course that plays well despite the dry conditions - The greens, fairways and tee boxes were in great condition when I played.

I played two twilight rounds and managed to get round in 3 hours both times. €52 for a round and a basket of practice balls was probably about right in terms of value for money.

The care for the greens, tee boxes and fairways doesn’t extend everywhere - there are patchy areas of the course and the walls are in need of freshening up. When you get to the boundaries, the views are spoiled by the rocky wasteland. I know money is probably tight after covid but spending some time bringing everything up to standard would make a huge difference to the experience.

The other negative was the men’s tee placements on holes 6, 17 and 18. It seems like complaints from residents have seen the club move tees to reduce the chance of stray balls going into houses. On 6 it means a big draw needs to be played by a right handed, 17 plays as a 350-yard par 5 (ridiculous), and 18 requires essentially a massive hook to bend it round the net and into the fairway. The tee placements completely ruined these...

We hired clubs that were sold by my mate to Golfbidder c1990. You only get clubs and a bag, so be warned, no balls or tees in the bag and these have to be bought from the golf clubs on the island. Luckily, we bought our own balls and tees. Greens were very good, no pitch marks and were very true and a touch slow. Fairways were generally good. Could only play from yellow tees, and for some holes these were in front of the blue markers and others in front of the red markers so shortening the course considerably. 17th was shortened by approx 150 yards.6th and 18th tees were a joke as they had netting up and made you hit away from the fairway. Take advantage of the twilight rate as we did as €80 is a joke to playthe course. Some decent holes but it will not be hosting the...

Booked to play 18 holes and so looking forward to my game. Traveled from Northern Ireland on my holidays. Paid €180 for 18holes club rental plus a Buggy. Also paid for a glove 9 balls = 3 x sleeves, tees, and a pitch mark fixer. To be told on the first tee I was playing with an other couple of different nationality conversation wasnt 100% but got on with the game. I wasn't to happy but agreed believing the course was very busy. BUT it ended up that there was no one coming on behind us, so there was absolutely no reason why we had to join anyone, I mean me and my partner who wasn't playing just driving the buggy. Because we joined the couple I was never going to ask to play on our own but I believe the club was so wrong and it shouldn't have happened. Unhappy...

A very dry course in lovely condition. Its busy every day from about 7.30am til dusk non stop. Considering the amout of throughput it plays very well. The course has sprinklers throughout all fairways which gives the golfer ability to get a bit of distance because the grass is lush and receptive. Although flat there's a lot of hazards to be aware of and walking it in the warm weather is hard going, anyone over 15/16 handicap would find this a struggle. Perfectly run, very efficient staff etc. BOOK well in advance for a slot, buggies at a premium too. One gripe our small group have, there needs to be a drinks buggy touring round, it's a necessity.
