Dangerous!!!!! (and you get ripped off).

This park has some really good water slides and is very family friendly. Slides for all ages and nice pool area.

The design in areas however is very dangerous and we witnessed a serious incident today. I'd noticed on a few early occasions that the splash pool as you come off "speed ball" and "Niagara" isn't long enough as I'd seen a few people fly right across the pool and land on the concrete. I'd thought how dangerous that may be. Later when I was sitting at the top of "Niagara" the guy next to me offered to let me go first , I said he could go. I watched him go down the slide , fly across the pool and crack his body against the concrete wall as the pool wasn't long enough. I can will heat the sound of it. He was eventually taken by their accident team and later to hospital. I then decided not to slide and feel so guilty I'd let him go first. The slides there are excellent but the splash pool isn't long enough and I'd seen three crashes in just the few times I was in this part of the park - really outrageous that this risk is even there - don't ride. Other thing to be aware of with this park is that unlike in Aqualandia where there are floats for every ride available - you have to queue at each ride and wait for someone who has finished using theirs to hand one over - or you have to pay six euros for a float - total rip off compared to other parks. There is no available water to drink (have to purchase a bottle every time which is again dangerous for some in the hot summer - we stopped drinking after paying 8 euros on water). There are no shaded areas to sit unless u pay 4euros for a seat.

It was still a pleasant day and rides and pool are nice but please take note...

We really liked the park. Here you can spend all day with comfort and benefit. Animals do not sit in stuffy cages, in this park animals have spacious cages. The park has several zones, each with its own animals. I especially liked the enclosure with elephants, very beautiful. You will also have the opportunity to watch tigers, rhinos, giraffes. The park is really big. Ticket 21 euro, children under 3 years free. There are a large paid parking 5 euros per day, I did not find a free one. Start your walk in the direction that the map offers at the entrance to the park. In this case, you will not get lost and buy a large package of pet food for 1 euro. It is sold only in one place, at the entrance to the American zone. Further, food can also be bought, but not a package, but just a few nuts and for the same euro. Come, do not regret it!

We came to terra natural zoo and water park the other day. 2 Adults, no children. just under 50 euro each. The zoo itself had lots of cool animals and we watched the bird show which was definitely a highlight for me. Only problem with the Zoo it’s finding your way around it, we struggled quite a bit the maps we found confusing and everywhere was covered in trees so we couldn’t actually see anything around us to help us locate our way around (that took us the longest) Although we had trouble locating our way around we really enjoyed seeing the animals. When we came to the water park we were extremely hungry so the first place we went was for food. We entered a restaurant and was told we couldn’t eat there, which was pretty confusing. We then entered to the food and bar beside and none of the workers spoke english so we struggled quite a bit with communicating but all in all got the food and drinks which was good. The food was nice got myself a kebab and chips, some water and a vodka. The pool is massive and great for swimming in, lots of water slides and children water slides. We sat by the sun loungers for a couple of hours going between there and the pool. We were told there was a sea lion show so we proceeded to walk to were it was supposed to be and it wasn’t particularly a show they were just allowing children to pay for photos and be in the water with them. Good prices if you want your children in there for 15 minutes only around 50 euro and includes a photo, if they want to be in there for a while it jumps up a good bit. We enjoyed our day here other than the negative points I made and a good day out...

Very nice park with a lot to see and do for people of all ages. But some cages seem to be too small. You are telling to other commenters that even those smallest cages fill the minimum regulations. Probably yes, but is it really enough for you? —— Extremely nice places for children, a LOT to do for them! Playgrounds, cable railways... Our kids loved it. Also a lot of picnic areas. Wide selection of restaurants and kiosks. Two stars food, but not too expensive. Different themes for each continent, as example Europe had very nice Greece restaurants and facilities. Bird of prey exhibition was very exciting for our kids. But for us adults it was bit a disappointment after seeing other similar shows. The show would be better if the trainers would begin concentrating to whole audience, not just the middle front group of the audience. But Terra Natura, you really should do something for those smallest cages of the big animals! Especially the lion’s cage. Soon Mr. Lion will be in China as he erodes the same path around and around in his small cage. You answered to earlier comments that you fill the regulations, and I’m not questioning it. But you should understand that we tourists don’t care if some regulations allows you to have so small cages. We have our own eyes. And the trend is that tourists are all the time more and more awake with these things. Don’t underestimate it. You have an extremely nice park in all the other ways. Anyway I will probably come again. I believe it’s better to give a change for a park to show they can make things better than others. This park really has potential to do it.
