Playa del Mago: Where the Sun Always Shines... And So Does Derek. Right, let's get down to brass tacks, or should I say, "brass tacks and one particularly notable trunk," because Playa del Mago is an experience. Now, I consider myself fairly liberal, comfortable in my own skin, happy to let it all hang out, but darling, after a day at this nudist beach, even I needed to borrow a beach towel to cover my blushes!
The scenery is breathtaking, the water is crystal clear, and the sand, well, you'll get to know the sand intimately. But the real attraction, the main event, the pièce de résistance, is Derek - a gentleman of, shall we say, "distinguished maturity," who clearly missed the memo about gravity.
Picture this: you're lounging on your towel, soaking up the Spanish sun, when suddenly, a figure emerges from the water, resembling a slightly sunburned, middle-aged Poseidon. This, my friends, is Derek. He strolls the beach with the confidence of a man who owns the place, which, considering the anatomical real estate on display, he very well might.
Look, I'm all for body positivity, but Derek takes it to a whole new level. Imagine a baby elephant's trunk, but somehow... perkier. It's mesmerizing, it's terrifying, it's like watching a nature documentary narrated by David Attenborough himself. You can't look away, even if you want to.
So, if you're looking for a truly unforgettable beach experience, Playa del Mago is the place to be. Just remember, what happens at the beach, stays at the beach... except for the memory of Derek, which will be forever seared into your brain.
5 out of 5 stars - would recommend for the sheer entertainment value alone.
(P.S. If anyone knows where Derek buys his sunscreen, please let me know. Asking...
Read moreThis is a lovely little bay, in high season it gets very packed. The bay is at the bottom of a steep hill so be warned if cycling, it’s a lung busting ride back up. Car parking is free, but limited. On arrival at the bay there are basically two sections the larger and side that offers more shade is to the left. The smaller clothing optional side is to the right. There is a small restaurant to the right, I believe the one on the left is closed. This bay is very busy all year but especially in high season with a lot of visiting Yachts too. The nudist section is small with limited space and it’s about a 70/30 in favour of nudist. The sand is soft and the water is shallow, there is a rock shelf on the side which is great for diving and snorkelling from, all in all a very nice bay with...
Read morewithout a doubt a small wonder of nature. I've been coming here for over 10 years. it was a calm beach with educated naturist people. now the beach is full of rude and disrespectful people. It has always been known as a naturist beach, not a mixed beach. Only the ill-informed and ill-educated want to convey this idea. how sad their life must be for them to come to mallorca to take pictures of people naked on the sand. rude people hang out on the beach in bikinis. If you are not a naturist, respect and stay away. If you stay take off your clothes, you have nothing spécial to show. There are lots of beaches in Mallorca. A sign was placed indicating that the beach is nudist. unfortunately the word respect mean nothing...
