The ride on camel was ok, nothing fancy and seems like money making machine - they ride whole day round and round, they take peoples on one loop and then comeback take another and again and again... After ride we went to the local restaurant and oh jesus... One of the worst experiences on Tenerife. I tried to order Garbanzada, tenerife potatos with mojo verde sauce and fish + salad and chips... Well they didnt had any Garbanzada left so I took rest and this is what I got - check picture... A "SALAD" basically vegetables out of vinegar jar xD + fish, which was deep fried in Oil... I asked waiter "where are my fries"? He forgot... And brought it 5 mins later. Guess what happened next, he forgot to bring salt and ketchup, of course no one at the kitchen didnt thought about a single pinch of salt, anyway it tasted like sh*t. TONS of old people inside, music so loud that you cant hear your own thoughts.......

I’ve came here for my son to experience the dromedary. I wanted to buy a ticket for him and since he is 4 years old, I asked to just come and walk beside them. They haven’t allowed it. I bought a ticket, but once we entered, they haven’t allowed it again, because “it’s not allowed”. So in order for my son to experience a ride, I was forced to also ride the animal, even though i didn’t wanted. I know it sounds hypocritical, maybe it is. The animals weren’t looking at their best, and they seemed exploited. The ride itself it’s nothing special, just a walk in their back yard. So if you care about the animals, don’t be like me, and better...

The camels looked distressed.I did not feel good after this activity even though my child enjoyed but there was no food and water for camels considering they were carrying so much weight.Their mouths were shut and they were tied together so much tight they didn’t have enough space to relax their heads.I clearly felt this was animal abuse and they should ease them from the metal seats they were carrying for people as well when they’re not using them for tourism purposes. It does not show in pics but when they were sitting together they felt really...

First ever camel ride, was a bit daunting, but I enjoyed it, the camels seem reasonable well looked after however carrying tourists round all day on the same route, I hope they get some rest in between. It's about 15 minutes the journey round a small loop, which is actually good I think, as if you need to pee you can't exactly just get off. It's a bit pricey but hopefully the money goes to looking after these amazing animals. There's facilities and a cafe and shop as well as parking which is free.
