Mas Llunes, Vinyes i Cellers — Attraction in Garriguella

Fabulous tour by the owner of the winery. Tour was booked through Cicloturisme and was part of our cycling trip. The owner took us into the vineyard to see the grape vines and explained how the winery operated. The tour included a tour to the production floor and the barrel room. It also included a tasting of several of their wines. The best was the Butaros which we ended up buying a bottle of to bring back to Canada. The owner was amazing and helped us out when the weather turned bad on us which we really appreciated. Even without that favour we really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend a visit there. I'm sure that they will continue to be successful with their winery. We're looking forward to opening our bottle of wine in a few months to relive some of our Spanish...

On 30 August we more than enjoyed the sensory tasting, which we all experienced as very spectacular and original. Thank you Miriam for your enthusiastic guidance and all the things you told us. The extra sparkling wine, the careful shelter for our dog Happy and the overall kindness made our afternoon absolutely successful. Had an amazing experience here, the owner educated us on the process, grapes, and the history of wine making and their family history producing wine. They have incredible wine, and we were even able to sample some local honeys. The people who worked here treated us as their guests and were so sweet. We will absolutely return and highly recommend booking...
