We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Cinco Jotas, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Simone, went above and beyond to show us around Pablo’s farm, where we learned all about how the pigs are raised with such care and respect. Simone was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and he really took his time to explain every detail of the process.

After the farm visit, we were taken to the Cinco Jotas headquarters, where all the world-famous hams are produced. It was fascinating to see the craftsmanship and dedication that goes into every single piece.

This experience was worth every penny – both educational and inspiring. We highly recommend Cinco Jotas to anyone interested in food, tradition, or just looking for a unique and memorable experience. And a special thanks to Simone – your enthusiasm made it all the...

I read about Cinco Jotas in Condé Nast and was talking with my travel companions about visiting their Bodega in Jabugo. A couple of days later I was in Madrid (Callao Plaza) and stopped by El Corte Ingles food court (lower level of the clothing store-not to be confused by the other El Corte Ingles on the Plaza with the rooftop eateries, which also sell Cinco Jotas). Anyway, I was thrilled when I turned the corner by the wine section and found the Cinco Jotas dedicated kiosk. The guy slicing the ham was so very helpful and even took me to the bread aisle to show me the best bread sticks to enjoy with their Iberico. Such a WOW moment. I am now home and enjoying/sharing all of my purchases and cannot wait to visit the...

I really enjoyed this visit. Cinco Jotas is owned by Osbornes and you can really see they have invested in the visitors centre. Super flash, really nicely done. The best thing was the host Peter and the other staff. They really made you feel welcome and super welcome. They really explained the whole process. My only grip is that it’s pricey. We decided to the whole thing and visited the pigs out in the campo - this was a high light really as you get to see the wonderful countryside around the area. Peter was really excellent!! I have been on Port tours in Oporto and this tour is as professional - really good, really informative. Tasting the different cuts of Jamon was great too. A really...
