ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION!! I did my Open Water Diver with Mateua and absolutely loved it!! I have never gone diving before but the diving instructors made me feel safe and comfortable. The groups are very small, mostly 3 people with two instructors/ 2 guys and one instructor so you are perfectly taken care of under water. They are very well trained and professional, always have a helping hand even though when they are very busy. (In other words: very patient with beginners like me.) The diving spots are also stunning (went to different ones every day), I saw lots of animals under water and if you wish, you can do tunnels and caves. Concerning the whole service and everything I experienced, I‘d say the price is extremely fair - absolutely worth it. Mateua is a very lovely and welcoming crew!! I can also recommend a cold Clara made by Murat or David at the Mateua Bar after a dive ;) Special thanks to Till, Camille, Eva, Andrea, David, Rob, Ignasi, Anna, Carlas, Isaac, Alex, Albert and Adam (hope I didn’t forget anyone) who all made my diving experience unforgettable.
