Malaga Solicitors — Attraction in Málaga

Back in August/September we decided to change our life and buy a home in Andalucia, knowing nothing about the region nor the country nor the language. Suffice to say that we were concerned at every turn about the potential scams we were made aware of and that even the UK gov site warns against.

One thing they insist on is to never go with the lawyer recommended by the real estate agent, as it could be all part of an elaborate scam. And Mabella Solicitors was recommended by Golden Properties, the company we went to to visit potential properties. One of the main 'red-flag' we had was that it went all so smooth! Imagine that, real estate agents, lawyers, all very, very nice, working at odd hours to deliver as fast as possible something you really, really want. Yes, sounds like a giant scam. We would get emails from Pablo on the week ends, late at night, you can imagine how weird it was for us.

Turns out, this is just how most of the Spanish people we met are; polite, efficient, hard working, diligent, eager to make everybody as happy as possible. How refreshing.

I am not a local resident but recently I had to come to Spain to sell my mother’s house after she needed to move, and we engaged the services of Axarquía Solicitors following a recommendation. Hi, I am a Portuguese female, living in the United Kingdom. I found Malaga solicitors just by searching on Google, as I wanted to apply for the Spanish NIE, not been able to travel to Spain, due to family commitments. I was given different ways of contact them at my choice, I choose to maintain contact through email, like I do for any other department in my day-to-day life. They made so simple, I could ask anything, and got answers in couple minutes, or early morning.

When I was informed that NIE was ready, I ask the person who dealt with my case from start to finish, to give me around two weeks to clear the funds (as I had just made one payment to the UK attorney). And the answer was straightaway a yes, no pressure.

So, I received my Spanish NIE no longer than height weeks, from start to end. Considering that there were three parties evolved (myself, the UK attorney and Malaga Solicitors), I was very pleased to be able to sort out a document that at the start seem too complicated, but my attorney and Malaga Solicitors, made it so simple for me. I am sure , we will speak soon again.
