Some tips: driving to the lighthouse is allowed Oct onwards (check website for restrictions period in summer), lots of cyclists riding in groups, therefore you need to be familiar with road sharing etiquettes. I Drove up to the lighthouse before 10am on a Friday so parking is still okay, total about 5-10 parking spots. When I leave at around 11am, there are lots of cars going up so traffic gets busy very fast. The road is paved and smooth, not gravel or rocks, however with narrow sharp turns so make sure you are comfortable. We took a small SUV and is fine. Otherwise you will have to leave you car on a expensive parking lot and you’ll have to pay 3€ each person on a bus that takes out the freedom of stopping along the road to take pictures, exploring a beach or trail. 3€ each time you hop in…6€ two-way ticket minimum if you only go to the lighthouse and back. Easily goes to 9€ if you make one other stop…plus obligates you to get in a full bus during Covid times. The bus runs from 10h-19h every day. Before and after is free!!
