June 2023. I decided to buy an aircon unit and paid 10 euro to have it delivered as it is pretty heavy. Electron seemed to subcontract the delivery to post office express. Having managed to find the parked van which was doing the delivery the van driver basically told me they only deliver to the kerb. I don't happen to have a trolley for moving heavy boxes which is the main reason I got it delivered. It used to be Electron's own people delivered to the apartment, unboxed the item and took away the old unit and packaging. Very disappointed in the massively reduced level of customer service/care. By the way my apartment isn't very difficult to deliver to so anyone inside a complex and not at ground level might want to think twice.
December 2022 ( updated June 2023). I was of the opinion that this was quite a decent store but I had till this point never had to try to get something repaired under warranty. The item in question is a large flat screen TV, so large that I had it delivered by them. I had expected that they would send out a technician to inspect the item or collect it but in fact they seemed to think it would be more convenient for them if I took it to them along with the relevant paperwork. They tested it by plugging it in to establish it was faulty and then said they would message me to collect it in 4 to 6 weeks. So no TV for Christmas. This also means I will have to hire another car to go and collect it. It seems like pretty poor service when the customer has to do all the transportation of such a large fragile item given that the store has a fleet of vans. Edit.. OK it started off bad but about a month later they decided to refund the entire purchase price which I spent on another TV of a different brand. June 2023. Purchased the latest GoPro 5 action camera especially for the holiday period, which unfortunately has broken down on the second day of use (water damage to the waterproof camera, clearly visible)
Spend 2 hours on travel time and some costs from hotel to the store only to to find out that it cannot be refunded or replaced just because it is GoPro or "special" policy. Store staff - just send me off. P.s. - camera purchased only a day before.
More "interesting" was to find out that actutal GoPro support team assurance over the phone that local store HAS to replace faulty item. P.S - called GoPro USA team straight after leaving this store.

What you will experience inside is, that they offer products tailored to the budget of the islands residentes. So you will get a good Canon color printer and scanner for 39,90 or a washing machine for a price level, you would not expect in Germany.
Since Electron is on the island you do not have to travel anymore to Gan Canaria to get the newest Apple stuff etc. IPad pro or the new iPhone – everything on store. The prices are for tax reasons better than in the rest of the EU.
Electron has a good return policy and offers help with your IT stuff to very reasonable prices!
