Bastante decepcionada con el servicio que ofrecen. En primer lugar cuando alguien compra un electrodoméstico, da igual la marca, el tamaño y lo que sea, se le debe informar al cliente que si él electrodoméstico tiene que ser desmontado para pasar a dónde lo quiera poner o necesite cualquier tipo de manipulación debe contratar un servicio técnico, que mínimo que informar de algo tan importante no? Compré una nevera LG el Martes pasado, 1 semana tardó el transporte, en el mismo municipio, me la traen ayer y al llegar me dicen que no pueden ponerla por qué necesitan desmontar las puertas y ellos no están autorizados hacer ese trabajo, que tengo que contratar un servicio técnico. Durante el día de ayer llamé a 3916 números de teléfono a parte de dirigirme al establecimiento.. que necesidad de estar un día más sin nevera por falta de información???? Es tan difícil informarle al cliente que lo más probable es que necesite contratar un servicio técnico? A parte que encima no trabajan ni con ellos... tienes que buscarte la vida para poder contratarlo, que encima viene de Lanzatore... y de casualidad está vez si tenían reparto de un día para el otro, hace una semana no había reparto, nos hicieron esperar y casualidad qué ahora si ? La verdad es qué el servicio que ofrecen es de los más lamentables que existen. Y después de ponerme la nevera nos fijamos y la nevera tiene un golpe. Cómo para empezar ahora un trámite de devolución, de garantía y de todo lo que eso conlleva.... porque a este paso usaremos la nevera en Navidad si seguimos con tantos rollos y con 0 soluciones al instante.

Have been a client for a few years. Only bacause our options in the island are limited. You can find very basic appliances and gadgets . Don't expect much if you are looking for something more niche like camera equipment or peripherals . Very bad customer service, expect to walk around the aisles and not one employee approach you. They are usually hanging out talking to each other.. this also extends to their after sales customer service.

When this store was electron service was very friendly and good. I purchased a new Canon printer on 12th January 2023 it worked for 2 weeks! I returned it to store, they said they couldn't refund me or exchange it as it was more than 14 days old!. Been back to store several times and as we get to them having my printer 6 weeks yes 6 full weeks we are still without the printer we paid good money for. Beware after sales is terrible.

When this store was electron service was very friendly and good. I purchased a new Canon printer on 12th January 2023 it worked for 2 weeks! June 2023. I decided to buy an aircon unit and paid 10 euro to have it delivered as it is pretty heavy. Electron seemed to subcontract the delivery to post office express. Having managed to find the parked van which was doing the delivery the van driver basically told me they only deliver to the kerb. I don't happen to have a trolley for moving heavy boxes which is the main reason I got it delivered. It used to be Electron's own people delivered to the apartment, unboxed the item and took away the old unit and packaging. Very disappointed in the massively reduced level of customer service/care. By the way my apartment isn't very difficult to deliver to so anyone inside a complex and not at ground level might want to think twice.

December 2022 ( updated June 2023). I was of the opinion that this was quite a decent store but I had till this point never had to try to get something repaired under warranty. The item in question is a large flat screen TV, so large that I had it delivered by them. I had expected that they would send out a technician to inspect the item or collect it but in fact they seemed to think it would be more convenient for them if I took it to them along with the relevant paperwork. They tested it by plugging it in to establish it was faulty and then said they would message me to collect it in 4 to 6 weeks. So no TV for Christmas. This also means I will have to hire another car to go and collect it. It seems like pretty poor service when the customer has to do all the transportation of such a large fragile item given that the store has a fleet of vans. Edit.. OK it started off bad but about a month later they decided to refund the entire purchase price which I spent on another TV of a different brand. June 2023. Worthless experience at the customer service.

Purchased the latest GoPro 5 action camera especially for the holiday period, which unfortunately has broken down on the second day of use (water damage to the waterproof camera, clearly visible)

Spend 2 hours on travel time and some costs from hotel to the store only to to find out that it cannot be refunded or replaced just because it is GoPro or "special" policy. Store staff - just send me off. P.s. - camera purchased only a day before.

More "interesting" was to find out that actutal GoPro support team assurance over the phone that local store HAS to replace faulty item. P.S - called GoPro USA team straight after leaving this store.

This camera was bought only for the special moments of holiday at Fuerteventura and thanks for the "brilliant" customer service of local electronics shop Electron - I have...

If you enter the „Electron“ you think you are in a Mediamarkt in Germany or Austria – its a copy. To whom the group belongs, I don’t know.

What you will experience inside is, that they offer products tailored to the budget of the islands residentes. So you will get a good Canon color printer and scanner for 39,90 or a washing machine for a price level, you would not expect in Germany.

Since Electron is on the island you do not have to travel anymore to Gan Canaria to get the newest Apple stuff etc. IPad pro or the new iPhone – everything on store. The prices are for tax reasons better than in the rest of the EU.

Electron has a good return policy and offers help with your IT stuff to very reasonable prices!

Washing machine, everything for GoPros, DJ Drones, Appel stuff … in one place – a paradise for an...
