Pallisseta Beach — Attraction in Roda de Berà

Beautiful sandy beach. The beach slopes gently into the sea and the waves are not too big so ideal for young kids. There are some rocks for them to explore too! Water is clean and warm as it's very shallow. There is a toilet at the beach entrance. There is a shower but not working during our visit. There is a bouncy minion castle and trampoline swing for the kids to play on in the evening too which they loved. A couple of shops nearby for beach things too. Great beach. Lots of space and a very gently sloping water, so good for kids. There are showers at the back of the beach next to the cafe, and a toilet (best to bring your own toilet paper to be safe)

Nice snorkelling close to the low cliffs where there are plenty of fish to be seen without getting into deeper water. Yellow buoys mark the channel to the harbour, so boats stay away from the swimmers.

La Palliseta es la playa más grande de las dos que hay en el Roc de Sant Gaietà. De más joven solía venir por aquí para pasar el día con la familia y lo encuentro como antaño con igual de encanto. El pueblito, la naturaleza, sus callejones con restaurantes y comercios... La arena de estas playas es fina y dorada, tiene las aguas templadas y cristalinas en la que puedes observar los peces fácilmente y el acceso es para todos los públicos dado que no cubre hasta unos metros adentro. Puedes recorrer de una playa a la otra por las rocas nadando o haciendo buceo. Si haces snorkel puedes observar toda la fauna marina que se encuentra bajo el mar con unas privilegiadas vistas. En el lado izquierdo encontramos el puerto náutico para el disfrute de velas; también hay un chiringuito para tomar algo y sombrillas y sillas que puedes alquilar.
