We had an incredible experience thanks to our winery tour guide, Raquel! From the moment the tour began, her passion for wine, deep knowledge of the region, and warm, engaging personality made the day unforgettable. Raquel struck the perfect balance between education and enjoyment—explaining everything from vineyard history and grape varieties to fermentation techniques and tasting notes, all in a way that was approachable and fun. She tailored the tour to our interests, answered all our questions with patience, and even gave us great local recommendations beyond the winery. What really stood out was her ability to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We never felt rushed, and Raquel’s genuine enthusiasm made the experience feel special. The pacing of the tour, the beautiful scenery, and the selection of wines were all thoughtfully chosen. Highly recommend booking a tour with Raquel if you're visiting the area—it truly elevated our entire...
Read moreWe visited this winery in hopes of tasting a range of wines and learning about the process. Too much time was spent talking in poor English and very little time tasting. Oh, I forgot to say that she interrupted her LONG presentation with a...

The tasting itself: one white and two reds, each thoughtfully paired with local olive oil, jamon and accompaniments that enhanced rather than distracted. The wines however spoke for themselves - complex yet balanced, and made all the more enjoyable by the stories behind what shaped them.
There was no sense of rush; on the contrary, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and encouraged to linger, to walk the grounds, and to appreciate the setting as much as the wine. It’s rare to find such a combination of hospitality, and authenticity.
Needless to say, a few bottles will be coming home with me. My sincere thanks for a wonderful afternoon! I look forward...
