Limitezero — Attraction in Sanlúcar de Guadiana

Never got there as I kept trying to book to join friends and it wouldn’t give any instructions for payment 😩….

Correction I have since emailed them since I placed my review and managed to get the booking through a guy called David who sent me a very informative email and kindly made my booking👏👏(He told me iPhone or iPad may be the problem)🥴

Anyway we all arrived very excited 6 of us everything was fab till we reached the office on the Spanish side… David immediately tackled me and gave me a mouthful for doing a bad review before my actual ride had completed, I tried to explain that I did the review because I couldn’t pay and that I was upset I couldn’t join my friends but he was not having it .. he insisted on me changing it and made all 6 of us very very uncomfortable , I even asked for his help to change it as I had struggled to find my review and his reply .. You did it so you change it 🥴A very nasty man and very argumentative obviously fed up with idiotic tourists …

The plus side The staff everyone single one of them including our boat man and photographer couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful , all spoke perfect English and I felt safety was priority .. Awesome zip ride Thank you to all Limite zero except for David who spoiled the whole experience for us and the tension in the 5 min bus ride was 😱😤😳🥴. David NO Stars , but 5 stars for the whole experience and the wonderful staff...

This was my third jump with LimiteZero, with previous jumps in 2015 and 2019 with different groups of friends, and the first two were excellent with everything easy and well laid-out. On this occasion, the website would not permit us to book or pay - there was an error on both occasions that we tried. I followed up by email, and they accepted our booking and said we could pay on arrival. When we arrived, there was some confusion, but we were able to pay and jump.

On previous occasions, we have been given information on how to purchase photos of our jump when we landed, but that didn't happen on this occasion; the photographer was busy taking photos of other jumpers and in a roped off area, so we assumed the process had changed since the pandemic and contacted LimiteZero about the photos the following day. Unfortunately, if you don't speak with the photographer immediately on landing, the photos are deleted. The photographer was dismissive and unpleasant when I contacted him, directly blaming me for not knowing how the process worked, which was a sad ending to the experience. I'd recommend that LimiteZero return to providing information on landing. The jump itself still feels safe and well-prepared, but the admin surrounding it could be improved.

Note that the ferry from Alcoutim runs half-hourly; if you're coming from Portugal, allow time to get across the river, and remember that Spain is...

What a great, fun and unique experience. I looooooved it! Super activity 🤩🤩🤩 taking off in Spain and landing in Portugal in a minute journey! Awesome. Staff they were amazing! Starting with Maddy at the ticket office. She was very friendly & informative with everything. Then Mariana was the best! She came to take us to the van which would take us to the starting point. Mariana was pure smile 😃 super kind and loving lady that makes us feel so comfortable relax and at ease for our activity. At the top start point were Jonathan & Andres and at the bottom Victor. Super team of professionals which trained & explained us everything and made us feel cool, confident and calm. 🤩🤩 What a great teamwork!
