A 5 star rating representing 5 stars of absolute worthless, rubbish customer service (from management), with satisfaction from this customer in particular below the lowest threshold imaginable. The fact that this beach club has even been allowed to be constructed is astounding as it sits, in its entirety, in a very ecologically fragile area with endemic bird species that exist only in this region (see: balearic warbler). The juniper forest which surrounds this sickly corporation exists in very few places on this planet and sadly, I imagine most visitors are blind to this amazing and unique ecosystem which is well worth admiring.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the way that this 'club' is managed is very non-humanistic, as the non-verbal signs speak loud and clear. Even the graphic design speaks of lowly visual parallels in an attempt to produce a poor rendering of a logo reminiscent of Versace, clearly trying to pander to the wretched narcissistic values of what some might think separates them from others. Truth is, the attempt is grotesquely simple, and - from a design perspective - quite trite and clumsily rendered.

Despite having made a reservation many moons ago (having only had summarily done some internet research before arriving), we were shown to an area which did not resemble what we thought we had requested through the web. The general feeling was that, as clients, we were herded to a spot which, to us, did not fit what we had been shown online.

Without getting into details, our group were treated by management in a fashion that none of us had experienced previously - anywhere, security being called when we disputed some charges on our bill, which were incurred without much transparency from this so-called club.

The truth is, we don't care at all about the charges, but we do care about the principle of the matter. This place unfortunately seemingly operates with no refinement and dignity, and when confronted about their inelegant operations, they use strong-handed authoritarian schemes to bully their clients.

So, if you are a fan of rubbing shoulders with mostly douchy, self-important, 'insta-famous', blissfully unaware humans while listening to one lousy music track played on repeat - do make a reservation to Cala Bassa Beach Club. Otherwise, you can significantly improve your holiday by...

We spent a full day at CBbC (Cala Bassa Beach Club) and absolutely loved it. The beach setup is beautifully designed, with comfortable sunbeds and Balinese beds spread out under the shade of pine trees, giving it a very relaxed yet luxurious feel.

The service was excellent — our waiters were very friendly, always attentive, and served us with a genuine smile, which made us feel very welcome. They regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

The beach itself is stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. It’s shallow and calm, perfect for swimming or just cooling off. We spent hours in the water, and it really is one of the nicest swimming spots we’ve visited in Ibiza.

The atmosphere is lively but still classy. There’s good music playing, and a mix of families, groups of friends, and couples — so it feels vibrant without being a party scene.

On the downside, it does get very crowded, especially on weekends in July, so I definitely recommend booking your beds in advance if you want a good spot. It is also quite expensive, both for the beds and the food and drinks, so be prepared for higher prices than at a typical beach bar. However, the quality of the experience makes it worth it if you’re looking for a special beach day.

We ordered a mix of dishes — steaks, sushi, and salads — and everything was delicious and nicely presented. The cocktails were also great and beautifully served.

Despite the crowds and the prices, we had a fantastic day and felt it was totally worth it. We will definitely...

Regrettable Experience at CBbC Beach Club: From Luxury to Contempt As regular clients who, year after year, have chosen CBbC Beach Club to enjoy our summers, it is truly infuriating to have to write this review due to the absolutely degrading and unacceptable treatment we received. Customer service has plummeted, and what was once synonymous with professionalism and excellence has now become a chaotic mess run by inexperienced, rude hostesses who lack the most basic judgment when it comes to dealing with the public. The lack of training is evident, but what is even more alarming is the arrogance with which they justify their incompetence. The treatment we received was disrespectful, bordering on outright contempt, and completely unworthy of a venue that claims to maintain an image of exclusivity. We didn’t just feel poorly attended to — we felt humiliated, ignored, and disrespected by a staff that clearly does not understand the difference between setting boundaries with grace and wielding arbitrary authority from a place of ignorance. CBbC has clearly lost its way if it allows unqualified and ill-mannered individuals to represent its brand in front of loyal customers like us. This type of experience doesn’t just ruin a day at the beach — it tarnishes the reputation of a place that once seemed to aspire to something greater. If CBbC does not act swiftly to raise the standard of its human team, it will lose not only its most loyal clients, but also the credibility it worked so...

We reserved the Taittinger Lounge, which was worth its price. Direct view on the sea, elevated from the beach, shade from the trees. Located in the quietest corner to keep you distant from all the busyness. The bay is very nice for a swim, the menu offers a good variety of food, in the lounge area you have your separate restaurant where you don't need to worry to get a table. The only problem was to get the attention of the staff, some were good, some not.. but the place is so nice that you would not mind waiting a bit longer to ask for food or additional drinks. There was always a queue for the toilet, and no separate changing room. Which was a bit annoying. Remember to show your reservation at the entrance of the parking so that they direct you to the right place to leave your car for free and closer to the entrance.

Close to San Antoni de Portmany... You can come with bus L4, with your own car, taxi or with boat tour from Port Sant Antoni... It's small beach, clear water...I think it's family beach, always full of parents and their little children... In the main season there is very much people on the beach, and there is little hard noised if you want to relax...i think better to go there early in the morning or late afternoon after six... There you have some restaurants if you hungry or want some drink to refresh yourself... All recommendations for visit if you at Ibiza and take some nice pictures but in my opinion better in low season 😎

❤️🙏I visited a beautiful sandy beach – clean and really pleasant. During the summer season it gets quite crowded, but it’s full of life and color. There are many vendors offering all kinds of things, including people making braids right on the spot. The sand is super soft, perfect for relaxing or walking barefoot, and the water is fairly clear. You can even spot lots of little fish swimming around – and sometimes even stingrays! A lively and charming place to enjoy the sea and the summer vibe.☀️🫧 I been there couple years ago but In different time and was better mostly because was less people ☺️😆
