Don't believe the review left by the 16 year old. I think they have gotten confused between the very easy to get to picture spot and the swimming spot. It is a little tricky to find but once you know it's easy.

Directions: From the car park walk straight for about 5-10 mins. When you get to a cross junction, with one path leading down hill, another straight forwards (to the picture spot 📸) take the path on your left going up hill. Along this path keep picking the left track at each fork until you get to the top of the cliffs. Then begin the scramble down. It's very loose under foot, at points you will be on your bum and hands. It takes about 30-45 mins to get down, and the same to get back up (which is actually a bit easier) I've posted pictures of the steep climb and the view from the top of the cliff so you can tell how far the climb is.

Take plent of water with you, there is no shade on the climb down. You will probably end up covered in sweat and dust so be warned if your planning on going anywhere fancy after. But its so worth it.

Oh and the car park! There is a turning space at the end, but it's filled with pot holes that you could hide a cow in. It gets very busy so getting in and out requires a lot of patience. A much easier to access car park lies near by but adds another 10...

This place is simply MAGICAL!!! It is unfortunate that only people physically capable can enjoy it. It is a bit rough on the way down , and definitely very demanding up! Bring plenty of water, food, and sun block. There are no stores or vendors to buy from. If you want to descend into the pools the best, safest and “easiest” way down is from the left side of the big boulder (rock) as it faces the ocean. You can also go down from the right side of the rock about 80-100 feet away. But it is steeper and longer. The water, and many pools are so much fun. This location tops any other beach related activity in have done. VERY IMPORTANT: there is zero cellphone signal down there. So do with that information what you must. I HIGHLY recommend you wear hiking boots with solid ankle support and also bring good quality water shoes! Sandals, flip flops wont help much. Lastly, if you are not comfortable with nudity, avoid the spot. Personally i loved it. 😇😇😇 OK VERY LAST ONE: 🙊🙉🙈 - if you are not a STRONG swimmer do NOT jump in...

Otherwise known as Atlantis, this is well worth seeing, if you wear solid footwear and don’t mind a steep scramble down a long sandy/stony slope. It takes about 45-60 minutes to go up and down to Atlantis from the parking lot, if you skip the mirador viewpoint and go left on main path after about 200m, depending on your fitness level, and then add whatever time you spend at the site. Note, there is a shallow rock pool where you can swim (ocean is hard to access) but the floor is slippery and sharp, so having some swimming shoes wouldn’t hurt, though you can do without and cut your feet instead:).

So extraordinary I give it 5 stars, with the only downside being it gets busy so go early or...
