I was lucky enough to visit Bodega Erupción just last week, and I can't say enough good things about the experience—and about Amor, the co-owner. She runs this remarkable project with her father, and together they are doing incredible things!
The visit takes place in the small pueblo of Tao, right in the heart of Lanzarote. We explored one of the nearby vineyards, toured the cellar, and enjoyed a tasting of seven wines in the cozy upper floor of the winery. We also sampled some delicious local goat cheese.
