Es un pequeño centro comercial que se sitúa en una de las vías principales de Torremolinos, contando con un gran Carrefour y diversas tiendas: jamonería, Burger King, MuyMucho, alguna tienda de sofás, Game, 100 montaditos, tiendas de deporte, compañías telefónicas. Cuenta con un amplio parking subterráneo y una pequeña parte al aire libre. Desde ahí se tienen unas muy bonitas vistas del mar.
