I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Centro de Interpretación de los Molinos in Tiscamanita, Fuerteventura. This hidden gem offers a fascinating glimpse into the island's agricultural past.
The museum, housed in a traditional Majorero house, is both informative and engaging. The exhibits do an excellent job of explaining the history of grain milling in Fuerteventura, and the restored windmill is a must-see. I particularly enjoyed learning about the traditional process of making gofio.

Thanks to the recreation of spaces (a 19th century kitchen, for example), as well as the multitude of details that we find in the museum, we transport ourselves to past centuries and imagine what life would be like then.
