BEST wine tour ever!! They were so accommodating on a Tuesday, even responding to me on a Monday! They were happy to give my daughter and I a full tour at noon, in English, just the two of us! Aitor, our guide, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. He gave us a tour which lasted more than two hours, with complete attention to our questions, needs, and desires! Even taught us a special Spanish “cheers!” Best experience I’ve ever had at a winery. I’ve had tours all over the world and this was tops, especially because of Aitor. The guide/teacher makes all the difference in the world. Don’t miss this special place!! Not to mention, I loved ALL the wine!! I want him to come to Florida and host a wine tasting dinner at my house....

A small artisan organic wine producer based in the town of Valdepanas. Aitor the guide did an excellent job in explaining in English the full production process including the maturation process that takes place underground in a cellar hacked out a few centuries ago that houses ancient clay vessels, oak barrels and more. All their wines are natural with no added co2 or sulphates with timing based around the lunar calendar. The tour ended in tasting 5 wines with 3 small tapas. Best to contact the winery in advance to agree a time although I turned up early afternoon unannounced. A highly recommended 90 minute fun experience especially if you are not too familiar with the significance of grape colours, skins, vessel types...

Excellent tour and wines. I don't know much about wines and this was a great tour by the owner who is very informative, funny and so well prepared. It is a small organic family winery and amazing to see the whole process, the huge jugs/vats of wine in the cave cellar. How it grows, the season effects. We tasted 6 wines with 3 small tapas to show how the food changes the taste of wine.
